Candies are always a nice touch. Something that's not too crunchy so we don't disturb one another, (or something that is too crunchy so we do).
I'm glad to see that there are chairs.
That high screen looks like it has potential. Sort of creepy.

crunchy eye candies

with a T1 and projection we can send some crunchy eye candies by mind-meld. if we disturb one another's energy fields maybe our collective shoulders will broaden. i guess for the supreme crunch it would be good to have a projector that sends the photons to the screen and a computer that takes the electrons from the T1 and gently hands them to the projector maybe using quicktime player. and also it could send some crunch to a sound system if there's one there. if anyone wants to crunch along it could be expanded.

Do the stakeholders own the prototype?

Stakes, hmm? Well, if you are holding one, please be careful around the screen. [Maybe I should enlarge the Font SIze so you can read this from a greater distance.]

Anymore the prototype has gone public already. It is quickly absorbed and fully functional before it escapes the mind.

good question!

There is a budget. I'll need receipts.

And there IS admission: $13USD a head at the door. YOu can call them (Exploratorium) in advance at (415)561-0308 with reservations and ask about the discounted rates. Maybe there is a stakeholder rate. Maybe.

Whatever the committee decides //to be fare // the event has to equal $13USD in value. What is worth $13USD? A medium size pie. That's for what.

If you can't make it to the Exploratorium for the event and you really want to experience the event of the 15th of December like some of us will, start making a list now. What have I that is worth $13USD? Make your decision by the 15th of December and get rid of it by 8PM PST. This can save you money in the Dry Run.
